Paypal Limited access? "having money there"

Thx for all of you for helping me as I talked to the buyer and he accept to give my money back as Paypal refund money to him & they closed my account.

 

any recommendations now to open another Paypal account?

 

which money? 2 cents that they usually request for opening the account?
It seems that for some reason you are not telling truth here as well, I am pretty much sure you are from Russia.

You dont have to have a cc statement this is complete rubbish you dont even need a cc per se but thats another story

Just proof of adress and a photo id

photo id: doesnt have to be from the country you have the paypal in - obviously any foreigner in india is also allowed a pp account - tested and works

proof of adress: you do not need to forge complicated sample files with photoshop
Just mention you dont have a utility bill live in a student flat and your electric etc is included in the rent
then you give them your "self made" rental agreement with the adress you gave at first to pp
only hing you might have to forge is the signature of your imaginary indian landlord

I have unlimited many accounts with it all what is needed to make a proof is the address u used in paypal account,
name of merchant (username)
and telephone number u used.
