Paypal limited acc

    I have problem with my acc,its limited.I have bough VCC and acc is verified but must proof addres.I have recieved this in my email:

    We're sorry, but we cannot restore full access to your account until we
    receive additional information. Please provide a copy of each of the
    following items:

    - Your monthly statement for the credit card ending in 8409. The statement
    must show your name, address, and account number exactly as they appear in
    your PayPal account.

    - Your driver's license or passport. Please make the copy as large and as
    light as possible.

    Well this is the biggest issue when you get your account verified using VCC's. Now go ahead add a credit card to your account and send them statement of that credit card account.

    The only option to restore your Paypal account is to add a credit card to your Paypal account.

    he need to add CC with number ending in 8409 or any card?
