They are the leading online payment processor, but they don't have one specific set of limitations as such...

Paypal has limits, however they are variable, dependent upon whether you are verified, you have just registered, your country of registration, etc.

All of the information you are asking for, can be obtained from the paypal site, have a look at this link and it will tell you how to view your limits.

If you are an unverified user ,you can feel the pinch of the limitations such as maximum sending limit. One more limitation of paypal is that it charges $5 for withdrawing money.

    Hello....

About 3 hrs back my account got limited.........

Just now i got my full access back.....
Guys wen u get ur account suspended.....just follow the rules........

    FIRST STEP :---------

Login to ur account..... they will ask for a proof (bank account no. or something). do give it properly and carefully. Then they will ask you to change ur password and Security questions.....Do dat.

    SECOND STEP -------------

If u have Skype.....its good...other wise download it.....
Dial the PayPal Toll Free no. : +18882211161

U will asked to enter the primary phone number linkd to ur paypal account..
U have to wait a bit long........I knw its boring but do wait.

Someone will pick up.... Tell him the problem and he/she will ask u for a proof again...like last 4 digit of my bank account ( he asked me this )..........
And ur account will be restored in no time...............

DON'T GET SCARED........PAYPAL is doing this for us only...for our security....

LOL, i didn't know if calling paypal via skype is free. lol, i wasted my money for nothing! btw i've ringed them and they got my account restored, finally. and yes, the CS asked me my 4 last digit of my bank account. even if my account finally restored, but the trouble i got is not worth it.

    hi, im my experience:

    - Call them every 2 days. Email them too. Ask different questions. Let they know you're angry.

    - Check your "resolution center", if they removed all the submited documents, then you need to submit again. Remember: submit all the documents in one packet (500KB); Should not send them separated. Briefly explain your situation on the file's description (e.g: "IM AN OVERSEA STUDENT, I DONT HAVE ANY UTILITY BILLS")

I did that... i though i have to wait 6 months, finally they restored full access on my account

If you have waited 6 months, then they would not have restored access to your account, but have just given you access to your funds to withdraw it by check or bank transfer.
