Paypal limitations

Hello everyone,

I want to make a purchase from a person in other country. He asked me a question what if i raise a refund request after he sends the goods which i want. I need a convincing answer for this to ensure him that i don't engage in such act. Even though someone raise a bad refund request how one can ensure that the money really has been paid to the person. If we show the transaction amount receipt will that be taken as a solid proof ?

You can file a refund at any time ( and no, you don't need to have a valid reason for this ) you want - providing a proof of payment won't make him feel better.

 

U will see getting debited from ur paypal balance or transaction history to the buyer

 

Both of the party - buyer and seller can show the proof.
It is always better if the seller keeps those tracking number or the posting receipt in case anything happen

 

Is there anyone who knows 'is it possible the transfer my balance using others paypal account because my country doesn't support paypal

 

Where you want to transfer balance Bank account or others Paypal account. Is that other person reliable? if yes then you can do that but in that case all fund will goes to that person account becoz in this case you have to use his or her ID. And then he or She will have to transfer that balance by other means.
