paypal limitation

    My PP account was limited and it asks me to conform location when I click to resolve it it asks me for new CC after adding new credit card nothing happen.
    when I login it asks for confirm location and when I click each time it asks for new CC.
    what I must do?

    I have the same problem and I'm rectifying this now but what if someone does not have a credit card? Up the creek without a paddle then??

    I'm scared of PP. They have so much of my money limited and I can't withdraw.
    I hope the limited is removed soon.

    Looking forward to advice. Thank you.

    i have the same problem..they limit my account and withdrawn money $$$ are pending from 23. january:((

    My suggestion..try email to PayPal services center or call them

    They will come back with solutions

    call paypal asap and make them aware of whats happening..

    for those who dont have credit card, they can go with virtual credit card..

    If you used a VCC or a credit card which they do not accept, they may require you to add a proper one.

    This happened to me a year ago. I just simply called PayPal, talked with them for an hour on the phone, and they fixed the problem.

    I have a canada limited

    I called them telling them that I do not have a bank account and they removed it so I do not need to add one

    I had 4 options before, Add bank, Change Password, Change Security Question, Confirm Location
    Right now I just need to confirm location.

    I am willing to try a VCC but as the problem I can not pay at the moment,
    Hope that helps to anyone in here, no utility forms have to be sent in my case
