paypal limitation

    Hello;

    I'm using paypal nearly 4 years on daily basis . I own a store and using paypal.

    My Account Type is Business and Status is Verified

    I still hate this company. IMO, It's a company on cheater side (it's monopolised the online payment world, so we need to get used to it.:mad:)

    Everthing was normal until last week. I've started to see 'Dispute by paypal' for 40% of my sales.

    I've send an e-mail to paypal support about why i'm recieving these stupid disputes.

    * First they send that everything is Ok. There is no problem with my account
    * I replied: If there is no problem , Why am i recieving these stupid disputes?
    * They replied: They told me how to remove limitation on my account.

    I understand that my paypal account has become limited from the last e-mail. But there is no message like that my account has become limited (no message on account home or 'Resolution Center')

    My questions is below
    * I've checked paypal documetation avout this. It's a stupid document which explains nothing. Can somebody explain me what paypal limitation is?

    * Do I can solve this limitation problem?

    1st you need to ask them how to solve this limitation. They will send you step by step instruction.
    2nd. Do you have disputes for 40% of all your sales? This is huge.

    call them and talk poilitely they will restore every thing
    but if 40% of your customers dispute their payments i am sure paypal will ban you

    The stupid side of this issue is that all disputes are opened by paypal
