I think if you are in lebanon then you might have a problem. But which country paypal you are using can you give more details so we can guide you?
You should send them documents and photo proof or required documents they are asking to you and they will check and lift your limitation
mmmmm I opened this account from USA put now I am in lebanon ... so to open my account from lebanon ... I bought an aproxy from Ivacy.com but suddnly my account be limited !! I dont know why you ahve given fake information. i think its a very less chance your limit will be lifted but you should try it atleast once. If your country is not in support list dont make one
