Paypal Limitation for "third party access"

Paypal has been limited my account for “third party access” ( I know the reason because I logged in to my account from another country while I was in travel!!) then They wanted me to:

    1-Change my password
    2-Update security question
    3-proof of address

I did all the steps and send them some documents in order to proof my address. after 2 days I received an email from paypal:

“Our records indicate that you may have shared your password with
another person, or that you may be using an anonymizing proxy … To help us resolve this matter, please log in to your account from your home computer and change your password, security questions ** You have indicated you are traveling. The account will remain limited until you return and can complete the steps. Once you have completed this process, please contact us by clicking the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of any page of the PayPal website and we can further review your account. “

Again I logged into my account but this time from home computer and change my security question and password, and send them an email to review my account from “contact us”. But after 7 days my account was not restored then I called to paypal directly by the phone and told the story to the Agent, she told me that: "she could not lift the limitation and she could only refer this case to the review team in order to review my account sooner" . after 6 days from my call I'm writing this post and my account is still limited.

Does someone know that What should I do next?

In your case, Everything is in Paypal's hand. So the only way to restore the account is , Call them again & again or Mail them via COntact us again & again with quote of your previous mails & processes done.

There is nothing more you can do except what you have already done. You can surely remind them through e-mails/phone calls after a week.. I guess.
Sound out your urgency to them and request them of fast restoration as it is hampering your business!

Hopefully, they would listen and act positively! :)

I remember reminding them 3 times from contact us during this time. But I only received some silly auto responder emails, I don’t think they have even looked at my messages.

I also received an email some days ago with this subject ” PayPal Needs Your Feedback” :

“We understand that your PayPal account may have been temporarily limited due to questions or concerns by our Account Review team. Thank you very much for your cooperation during this process. We are pleased that your account has now been reinstated.”

At the end of this email there was a survey link for limitation feedback.
It really made me happy at first because they said my account is reinstated so I filled out the survey and give them All excellent! But when I logged into my account the limitation was not lifted!

what is going on in this company? I think they must look for a "third party access" in their system first, then inside users accounts.

You must show address proof, If you have submitted a bill where your address displayed, then paypal will give a chance to restore your account.

    Good luck

I sent them invoices and my bank account statement which indicate my address and name, after that there was no change in resolution center, and the proof of address status still shows : "waiting for your response" .

Keep mailing them and call them on every alternate days till they give you their final answer. This is the only way to get your problem fixed.

I wouldn't email them via the Contact Us link. They have an auto-responder that waits two to three days then sends you a stupid canned message based on keywords of your email. Even if you respond to that message saying WTF, you didn't answer my questions - you might get another auto-responder message back.

Always best to call, and keep calling, and keep calling. As to speak to someone specificly in the Account Review department. Tell them you've complied with everything they have asked for, and what else they need. Call every day if you have do. Just remain calm on the phone each time and hopefully you'll get your account back.
