my paypal got limit but i dont know what exactly paypal ask to make it clear. on my resolution there are some transaction on hold and the status is "requiring your action". when I click view action they go to page with file and faxes where I can added or attact file to paypal. but I dont know what kind proove must I send coz they not specific asking cc statement or my id card. since Im trade digital product, so I dont have any proove of shipping. any suggest ? thank
its better you consult the paypal and inquire about the trouble further. The best way is ask from paypal for these type of troubles, because other people don't know how exactly the paypal take actions. Please try to contact paypal.
As you know, Paypal should only be used for tangible items with 3rd party proof of delivery. Intangible items should not be used with Paypal as there is no proof that you actually delivered anything. What you need to do is to send Paypal all the invoices and shipping documents when they request for it. Failing which, you are at the mercy of Paypal since there is no vendor protection for virtual items and in most cases the one who is more at risk, ie the buyer would get the money since they came out with their money first. You could try sending them all the email correspondences between you and your customers in regards to the sale with full email header.
