paypal limit my account for 180 and it was hacked

    could somebody help me? my account was limited during july and this jan it will be lift up and restore - but my account was hacked.

    i called paypal and then they told me that on january i can be able to back wire the money, if someguy hack my account and then he wants to bank wire the money to him? can he be able to get the money even if he is not from the country which i live? because im from the philippines and if he will get the money im sure he/she is not from the philippines and paypal would ask for several documents when doing the bank wire - im the real owner and i have the docs and the paypal i use is paypal philippines because im from my country,

    if the guy is from india - can he be able to get the money even if he/she is not from the philippines? paypal will also send money to the same account of my paypal and will send only in the philippines -
    please help me. thank you

    if ur acct is hacked then pls reset ur acct password by answering the security questions...or else pls cll paypal and block ur acct so that no one else can misuse it........but blocking will mean even u cannot use it....

    the hacker change my security question and my account credit card was lost 2 months ago - and didn't use credit card anymore-

    paypal told me that they will only send the funds to local bank in the philippines and if someone will get the money they will ask a docs about personal identification and proof of address and only send to the bank in the philippines

    There are some other issues with Paypal. I use the services of 2 ISP's since both of them tend to go down at one time or the other. I had initiated my Paypal account using my primary ISP and accessed it once through the secondary one. Bang! Paypal thought that my account was being hacked and restricted the same. I have provided them with all documents they asked for to no avail. The money paid to me by my clients were refunded to them, despite my proving to Paypal that they were payments against completed jobs.

    Of late they have permitted me `limited' use of the same whereby I can withdraw money from my account. Has anyone faced this predicament and has a solution? :(
