    I have a Malaysia paypal account but im not a Malaysia citizen

    my account was limited last week there have a some money

    how can I withdraw my money ?

    no way. Unless you can find someone from malaysia with the same surname as you
    then, ask him to withdraw the money for you

    Last week's limitation have to solve by resolving all the checklist PayPal asked in resolution center. If you can't complete those checklist because of fake address, then you have to wait for 180 days. After 180 days you can withdraw the fund to any US bank account.

    yes, you must find same name with your name on paypal account and same country too, to send personal id card to paypal..

    yes you can :) there are alot of other ways to withdraw money from paypal... transfering them to moneybookers, alertpay and so on.. :)

    well your account is as good as gone because if you can't give your documents or find someone with the same surname in that country consider you have donated the money to paypal.

    Name is not a problem. Your card has to be Visa Card. Online acceptable globally. Try adding the card to PayPal first. If you can add it, there is a good chance that you will be able to withdraw the fund to that card. Some prepaid card may not work for withdrawal.
