If you verify both, do you think this is true?

yes but they are still shitheads.

My account got limited cause someone paid me 2200 for domains. I cant get the limit lifted because they are checking for fraud. My account is completely verified. Paypal sucks.

Apart from Verification, you will need to ensure that each and every incoming funds you make through Paypal is properly documented. If you have your customers send you the money via Send Money then make sure you have Invoices and Proof of Physical Delivery ready if and when needed.

If you use the Email Invoice or Buy Now button generated through the Paypal interface, you are less likely to get the transaction flagged.

Sorry to hear about it. How much time do they take to check for fraud?

Yes, PayPal sucks, the only way to lift the limit is just to create another acc or verify the old one.

Technically before a bank issue a credit card to you, they will do background checks on you which includes creditworthiness and ascertain that the details you submit is accurate. Paypal relies on your bank checks to confirm your location.

However if they are unable to do that, they may ask you to submit utility bills or government issued ID to verify your address.
