Paypal Kuwait?

My brother lives in Kuwait. Are there any issues, If I ask him to open a paypal account and then I use it here in Pakistan???

Are there any restrictions on withdrawal or any other specific restrictions in Kuwait????

Yes, you can't use for withdrawl as paypal logs ip usage.
Account may be limited.

If paypal supports kuwait and the account is not fake then you can withdraw money.
Go to payoneer.com and ask their admin for u.s bank account (virtual).
Get the payoneer card from one of its partner.

 

same problem......... I too want a Paypal account of any other country...... coz Pakistan is not included in their list

 

Definitely your account will get banned. Instead you can ask your brother to do the transactions(it is legal and at the same time your account will not get limited).
