Paypal Keeps Declining HDFC NETSAFE CARD!

I have submitted these info when added to PayPal:-
1)card no 2) exp date 3) cvv no
I haven't added any more info. If you have 3d secure then it won't work with PayPal.
I can pay on any international website using my card too, no need to go through PayPal.

I use "Verified by Visa® password and authenticate the transaction." when buying from Indian websites or pay broadband bill.
So I have never used OTP.

thanks sir for the quick reply, may i know whether you got the card with the 3d security disabled or you requested to the officials to desiable it.

 

I have never used the OTP. Tried to add to PayPal, but it didn't work when I got it.
But someone here posted in this forum this year that HDFC debit card working. Then added & it worked like a charm.

Haven't asked anyone to disable 3d secure. Have you used it with 3d secure?

i consulted hdfc and heres what thay have to say


"HDFC Bank Debit Cards can be used for online e-commerce transactions on merchant websites which are Verified by Visa (VBV) or MasterCard SecureCode (MSC) enabled only. We wish to share that the said merchant website:'paypal.com' is not enabled with Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode, hence you are unable to use your HDFC Bank Debit Card on the above merchant website.This is as per bank's internal policy. Trust you will appreciate that this is done to safeguard our customer's interests."

 

do hdfc netsafe card supports international transactions like buying web hosting and domains.

 

HDFC international debit card working now. No need of Netsafe Card as it wasn't working long time ago.
