Paypal - Just found something new - Withdraw to your Card !

    I just found a new option while withdrawing paypal funds.

    Called - "withdraw to your card"

    Has anybody got it or tried it ?

    Really excited.. :cool:

    (previously i had paypal check withdrawal option only )

    wow....must be a new feature. Thanks for pointing that out. :D.

    However, I would lose an additional 3.5% (foreign exchange conversion fee).

    Where does it say ?

    Paypal will take 5$ as a fee...

    The bank will deduct it..always does..even when it is just a refund from a Paypal transaction.

    3.5% is a currency conversion charge for credit cards.
    But what if paypal send us in Rupees ?

    Also do indian banks allows receiving funds in credit cards?:confused: (major concern )

    BTW - the minimum limit is 10$.. so try it for me :D

    Paying $5 to Paypal for withdrawing $10 doesn't make sense. :p.

    I withdraw $300+ but they only charge me $5.. :)
    much lesser than xoom.. hehe

    lol, 5$ fee is right but it takes 5-7 business days, not 4 days :confused:

    also, the Visa or MasterCard company will charge u 3.5% rate for the conversion fee ($ --> Peso) lol

    I've done it b4 they charge but what can you do =/ If your in the UK then you know about Paypal Credit Cards :], they are linked to your account, and you can use them anywhere :], I hope this comes out in Canada soon

    I noticed this feature aswell but didnt tried it as it said that funds will be withdrawn in USD and I am not sure about the conversion fees which the bank/CC processor might charge.
    Will wait for someone to try it first ;) :)

    But just underneath it says " current conversion calculator"
    So is paypal not paying in rupees or other currencies ?

    When I clicked Withdraw>Card Option> Then below the box where we need to enter the amount it says that the funds will be withdrawn in USD. So, I am not sure about this. Better to drop em an email =]

    Edit::
    I guess its in USD cos on the next page it reads " Amount to Card : ____USD " and the withdrawal fee is $5. Again, its better to write em an email about this.

    Thats really good withdrawal option IMO :) But we have to work out first total how much deduct while transfer to card and when funds available at our card. If someone from india give it a try then let us know all about it please ;)
