I currently have a paypal account, the problem arises when I tried to verify it with EON card(Unioin bank), the country it displays is USA, but I am a Filipino. Is their any other way to encash my earnings?
i will suggest you to get a another paypal account on your name and send the money to that account. or buy a VCC and send your mnoey to your bank using Xoom.
