i verified my account with VCC then i started taking payments..but yesterday wheni tried to make a payment..paypal just make my account limited and as a reason they said that their system has got a unusual charges to the credit card attached to my account..and then they gave me 2 options either proof my address with bill receipt or something that shows my address and name..or i have to add my bank account..though my account is from china they gave me options either i have to add us,hongkong or china bank account..

now my ques is..if i add any virtual us bank account will be limitations will be lifted? because its possible to prof my add and i have tried adding my china bank account to verify my i didnt receive their micro deposits..

I would advise you to not use any virtual bank account from a country where you do not reside as Paypal would once again ask for address proof of that particular country! The easy way out is to give a copy of the utility bill which bears the address matching with the one existing on your Paypal account! :)

Paypal is doing those things to protect us, believe it or not. Some paypal users may try to use their account for fraudulent activities and the target of those activities would/could be one of us fellow paypal members.
Think of paypal as an online bank, with security measures in place which are the same as brick and mortar banks.
