PayPal Issue: Why i am getting like this?

I have a business PayPal account with web payment pro solution. When i login today, i get a error message like in the screen below




could you please explain me why am i geting this error? i try to contact PayPal via phone and email but when i do the automatic machine is talking to me and i cannot report or even ask why i got such a problems. the automatic system is accessing my account and telling me the information and i can update as well but there is no option to report and resolve the issue. hope someone have answer for me. thank you advance.

I have experienced the same issue several times. Don't panic, it's just some kind of error or maintenance on their servers.

 

close your browser once and clear all the cache and try. some time it could be paypal server error too

 

May be at this time PayPal is down for maintenance, try after few hours after clearing cache and browser history.

this could happen:

you got in wrong address that could prevend of Hacking, suggest open google and type paypal on search coloum, I always do that to avoid been hack,...

 

lol, he is getting this error when he is trying to login in account and not while opening the site.

Still not got resolve this issue. i have calling PayPal customer service and speaking to them and they are cluless why this happing. haven't resolved even now. this is on going for more than a week.

they ask me to create a support ticket and even i did so, no respond. i dont know what happing.

those guy's had same problem, have your acount got resolved or still you are facing same like me?

Yes, that's a good suggestion. Try to logon using different computer from different network.

 

contact paypal support to fix this issue and use their forum to get help .
