Paypal issue ! urgent

    Ok this is 2nd time i am having issue with the same client regarding payapl payment .. i sold him a site some 15 days back and transferd Domain which i owned , now he has made a dispute and is claiming back the money Reason : CANN is disputing the domain I purchased with this transaction as stolen . In resolution center what am i suppose to provide ? ( will the pruchase reciept @ godaddy be enough ? ) please provide me right information as i may loose the $$$ if i do somethin wrong.

    He won't win as the item is not a physical item but the right thing to do would be to have him transfer the domain back and you refund the money. If he doesn't transfer the domain back just enter proof of transfer and the fact it is a domain/site and that should be enough.

    Also if you do this make him sign an agreement saying he will never use any material that he gained while on your site to create his own...

    It would be sneaky if you do all the work then he downloads all the files and becomes your competition...

    I don't think you should transfer the domain back as he could have downloaded all the files already as dastuff said above. That is the problem with selling sites. As far as I am concerned with information products, sites or anthing that can be copied digitally, a sale is a sale forever. Just my 2c

    asterix, just dont say anything to him!
    one step out of line or if you over heat or get stressed your busted!
    paypal will use it all as evidence,
    let him be the angry one,
    if you know that you purchased it then sod him!
    paypal wont take your money from you because its not physical goods.

    dont worry buddy, just rfuse contact with him future-wise.

    yess i contacted payap they said payap doesnt dispute in these kindoff issues .. i did the necessary action in paypal resolution center , i also sent him couple mails doesnt seem to be responding , donno why ( givin me a feeling that he is planing to cheat me lol ) . and Thnx largechip
