    I have received the same message.............it says they are working to address the issue.......................they didn't resolved the issue till yet.....so don't try to make confusions.....................

    Yep, will have to wait for withdrawals till their new Policy and Terms are announced. It may affect non verified accounts I guess from then onwards, if it was due to some RBI guidelines as is heard by at many places during this prevalent time. If it was pure technical issue pertaining to Paypal itself, life will sail on as it was, of course, with few to many account changeover as per available options of payment transfer and the charges levied on it.

    But good news is that this whole issue is moving towards some solution after all the excitement and restless period of around 2 weeks.

    This sort of official announcement, even in the form of email to individuals is the good sign by Paypal.

    I got same kind of pyapal mail but does it shows that the problem is solved???? It only shows that the problem is not yet solved and we will have have to wait still and God know How Long????

    This in Fact Shows there is HUGE problem.
    Paypal is not able to solve withdraw to Indian banks and NOR they hope to solve it in coming days.

    It may take time since it should be some regulator related issue and they surly know the urgency of issue! We will see withdrawal option working find in next few days.:)

    it is not solved still.. Only thing is that money will not remain in Air...

    Problem will be solved only if you get the money in your account and you can withdraw it...
