    Moneybookers has funny limited payment and receiving money. After you reach a certain limit you are not able to withdraw or receive money for 3 months is it true?

    The reason Google don't want to do it is because Paypal belongs to Ebay and coincidently Ebay is the biggest advertisers in Google.

    So Google make a lot of money with Ebay advertising fees and they don't dare to challenge Paypal because this.
