Hi friends, My paypal got limited, after recieving payment from 2 to 3 member. So after that , i had attach VCC, to solve it, bt still its limited and got a mail from them, They are asking following. 1. A state ment of master card including name and adress same as a paypal adress. 2. Utility bill. 3. Driver license / passport Nw wat sud i do ? ? I dnt hv CC, how ever 2 and 3 option, i cn submit it. Pls help. I cnt rem0ve vcc 4m my paypal. It says ur a/c is limitd so cnt remove.so wat 2 do to get restore my a/c ?
Thats the real problem with paypal verified by VCC You can't submit them statement of card in case of VCC. DON.
So that means i have to forget dis a/c ? ? I hv onlz 18 $ in it. So no prob. Bt cn i create a new paypal a/c with same adress and bank ? ?
You can surely create a new account with the same address but the name and bank account has to be different! Try using the name of a family member instead of your own name, if you need to, but be sure to use a valid CC for verification, this time. Regards, RightMan

Your best bet is to try and submit your info to PayPal. I'm not up to date with their terms, but I'm sure you can only have one account per person. Yugo,
You can have one personal account and one premier or business account , so if you were having a personal account then better try to create a business account to avoid any problems.
i got my paypal limited verifying by vcc then i just gave them my address proof (utility bill) with 24hrs my accout was back to normal .... give them u r address proof u will be fine..good luck
I am a major (more than 18 years old) & I live with my parents. All utility bills are in their name. The only address proof I can submit is that of my Bank's statement. I that sufficient for paypal? I can also send scanned copy of my PAN (permanent account number) card. My mobile connection is prepaid, hence no bills of the same too. My college ID card has both my photograph + my address... is that fine with paypal? Thanks in advance for your feedback.
Paypal want to work with you and they will only want some outside proof of your identity and address. So any bankstatement is fine for address proof, college ID cards sounds less likely to pass, but if you're straight and upfront with them - heck - they might let it fly. My recommendation would be to upload two different verifications, with the same address and that should do the trick for ya'. Also, first option should always be to talk to Paypal about limited accounts, call them and say that you only have this and that address proof. And that you signed up with a VCC, but that you have a valid bank account. As long as you're a stand up guy with them and don't do shady shit deals, they will help you!
My paypal account is not limited. I had asked my bankers about using a credit card but they told me that it might pose a risk if `paypal' were ever to be hacked. The VCC that I plan to use is also issued by my bankers. The PAN number (with photo) that I mentioned is a national ID provided by the Government of India which is used for income tax purposes. You can fax them a xerox copy of your photo identity & address proof. Also make a call to paypal for that.
