Paypal is limited - Can i use US VBA ?

    Hi there,My paypal account is from German and today my paypal is limited for nothing.They want ID and Bank account. I can manage ID my not Bank. And at Bank section i see two option-- by German/US. So if i use US VBA, will it work ? I really need help to solve it.

    no you cant, you need to use your real bank account that registered

    Possible to withdrawal money but cannot grantee it will be resolved...
