Paypal is down?

    Paypal is seldom down and if it goes on for maintenance you should see an information page which tells you about it.

    When you cannot access Paypal, first thing to do is to do a Traceroute and see at which point the fault is at. Usually the problem is at your ISP. It would take a lot to bring paypal down.
