I overdrew £10.19 by accident on my solo card. I went to bank yesterday, and they said "You have to pay a £28 charge at the end of August for overdrawing, but don't worry about."

    Then.

    1. The bank chargebacked a direct debit
    2. PayPal then cancelled the Bank Account connection.
    3. 2 Payments, one for £8.xx and another for £23.xx were in a bank transfer.
    4. The first one has been cancelled already, but the money hasn't gone back into my account.
    5. When i try and "add funds to restore your balance", all i get is this message:

    1. Will i get my transfer money back?
    2. Shall i go to the bank and complain about the direct debit chargeback - they did it without my permission.
    3. What else shall i do?

lol, i'm not so fond of them either, i wish another company steps up and gives them some competition. I mean i use paypal cause its like the payment system of the internet now but i think they charge too high percentage for currency exchange and accepting payments.

Greedy people at paypal probably laughing their a$$ off.

You REALLY do not want to see my paypal charges every month from paypal subscriptions. It is higher than the GDP of many third world nations :(

Also , their support is not good.
I don't have the creditcard number to withdraw money, so i used cheque from paypal. They mentioned monthly limit is 500 and max is 2500. But after withdrawing my first cheque of 500, Iam not able to do it next month. It is almost 50 days after that first withdrawal, still it shows my monthly limit '0'.

I complained it twise, but still no effect.

I am also facing the same problem as Designer, the only change is I could withdraw twice. I have applied for Credit card just for getting the funds out from my paypal account. God, that is also going to take hell of a time. See the situation, you know the funds are there, you want it badly and these people do not allow to do so. OUR OWN FUNDS.

If they were not going to allow, they should not write that they will allow a maximum amount of US$ 3000 for an unverified user. I dont think only Credit card can prove one's identity, they should have put options there.

Designer007: Check out Money Bookers for future. This forum has given a very good opinion for it.

    good point and 100% agreed.

    so I use e-gold and paypal ;

partly divided the money among several e-currencies to minimize such issue. :)
