Yes, its true, I am not sure whether someone already tested it in last few months, few minutes ago I tried with my Verified By VISA debit card, which was denied several times before but surprisingly it worked for now, and you don't have to wait for PayPal code, it appeared in my account statements in 3 minutes!

Take a look at the screenshot!

    paypal-axis2.jpg

And my verified by visa is not working at all, I have tested on another site and it is working in such a way that it seem to me like my SBI credit card, for your info I got SBI Credit card to use on PayPal.

Verified by VISA is joke!!!! No security at all!

Yes, since it accepted money from my Savings account, you could have a look at the screenshot, first, it debited Re.1, then Rs.89.82 and PayPal account balance $1.95.

I have used VISA Gold International Debit Card, I had tried many many times before but never worked.

I have another account with AXIS Bank , current account - Company account, but Bank provided me a GOLD International Master Card.

I am planning to get a credit card from SBI against Rs 10000 FD. Have you added your SBI credit card to paypal successfully?. Some one from another thread said that SBI credit cards don't work with paypal. Where to look for the 4 digit pin number after adding the card.

    Thanks

I added SBI credit card around a year ago, I can't say right now whether it works or not. But yes, few days ago that added card was rejected by PayPal, I was getting a message to add the card again, but I did not care about it since you can use Credit card for purchase without PayPal.

After adding your card, login to sbicard.com, generally in 1-2 days, take a look at Unbilled transactions, you would see PayPal code, similar like the statement you could see I attached from AXIS bank statement.
