A guy is buying a wordpress theme at my website, so he paid me using the paypal payment form integrated in the page. So I woke up this morning and saw the email sent by paypal. They hold the payment and waiting for my response at resolution center. Part of the email : So they randomly choose a transaction to investigate? How long would this take? Thank you.
Yes, mate. did they ask anything else, you. not then no problem. someone has to be.. at sometime, somewhere should face the problem. They do not leave anyone. By random.....
You have to just wait and watch for outcome as if they find anything suspicious with this transaction then maybe they asking you to submit further documents related to this transaction. DON.
Thanks for the replies guys. After reading some post from google search, I think this is part of the routine by Paypal team. They do randomly pick some transaction to investigate. I am just a lil bit *scared* since this is my first time. Thank you. Have a nice day.
if it says it needs your action, try to call paypal and provide some information so that they can resolve the problem quickly
Get alert people. paypal is renewing their verification system. In the past, just a few days away, they asked only some docs and sending them scanned. We helped in verifying some pp limited accounts. But for the last two days we got problem. They asking documents mailed. of course, if there is a problem there must be a solutions. but we need to find another process.(we did) so get cautious.
Man this claiming thing is bad for sellers. I sold a site for $900 and got the payment. But after some time, the guy who bought the site claimed it and won them back. I didnt had any proof like tracking # for a site!
paypal has many system for getting back our accounts and limiting our accounts, if they feel they will ask for a documents they will really ask for that, but if they just need you to response some inquries they will mail you.
