Paypal - Invalid -partial credit/debit card number error on a new card

    I have used a new card with paypal, to verify my profile (i am a newbie) and used a new debit card from HDFC bank. It has been verified by netsafe Visa. Still paypal is not accepting the card saying the number on card is partial or invalid. Dows anyone know what is the issue?

    Why dont you ask PayPal? there the ones who you want to accept it

    You cannot verify your PayPal with Indian Debit Cards. You need a Credit Card to verify the PayPal account. Why don't you make a VCC with your HDFC Netsafe Visa and try it with PayPal.

    so in net safe all i done first step.after asking atm password they requisting for personal greeting. What is that?....
