It's a classified ad portal, so basically when the user's sign up, they would be prompted to ADD (this function needs to be added) their paypal information so then when the (output data) person wants to buy they can go directly to the link/redirected to purchase item 2) Please refer me to people that are LEGIT and that will have no problem going through getafreelancer.com to hold the money via escrow prior to completition of work I have a good programmer, but I already asked him to do 10 projects and I am on a deadline and need this done when he has completed the other ones.
