    Hello ******,

Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

    http://www.mysite.com/payment_gateway.php?method=paypal

If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.

    Thanks,
    PayPal

log into paypal, click Profile. in the right column you'll see Instant Payment Notification, click that and you'll probably see that ipn script listed in there.

Edit your settings and see if that ipn script is in there, remove it, disable it, do what you gotta do.

you can't see that in there?

    Nothing like ipn script..
it redirects me to page to turn of/off IPN.

but it's not solution to problem..problem is before a week, we werent receiving such emails and now we're.

So it's not solution to root problem.

    AGAIN GOT 3 SUCH EMAILS.
and 2 were due to caqncellation of subscription by user after signing up for subscription and 1 was for non-vbulletin forum subscription.
so this error isnt danger zone accoridng to me, just misinterpretation from paypal..vbulletin guys shd look into it and release fix for it..paypal might have updated it's software which is causing such problems..

Not danger zone or misinterpretation. Your IPN listener is working. IPN is a notification. Your listening can do such things as update inventory, send email, etc...

You don't really need a listener, but either your payment call or profile is set to send IPN.
