i got my paypal account limited beacoz i opened it from pakistan as it is not available in pak.Now they haev asked me to fax a utility bill ..Now can some body tell me that if i fax the bill from pakistan then will it make any proble.My accont is from india and now if i send an indian utility bill of the same addrerss on which i have the credit card ...then will it make any problem .THx
First of all thread started in wrong category. This belongs to "Payment processors" section. Back to the topic, You did wrong by opening an Indian PayPal account when you are from Pakistan. And sending them a utility bill of Pakistan surely will result in deletion of your PayPal account. I didn't understand what do you mean by that if you : i send an indian utility bill of the same addrerss on which i have the credit card. How come do you have a credit card of India when you are from Pakistan? PS: are you actually from India and visiting Pakistan or ????
paypal is not available in pakistan, so forget it, use money bookers! or what ever other alternative you have. getting a paypal account by any wrong means is not suggested, wait till paypal comes to your country!
i use xoom to receive money. it's fast, safe and most of all it charges a lot and the exchange rate is oh well u guess it
Well they have limited your account because it may be used for terrorist activities.And i agree with the disguised statemnt.How can you have an idian credit card being a pakistan national????
Sorry dears i was offline for few days...but got surprised by seeing such statmment of terrorist...hahahah...let me explain i m basically from india.New dehli.BUt now a days i m on visit to Pakistan for official work.But when i opened my account from Pakistan IP my accouint got limited as it is a personal account.Now the proble is that i will remain in Pakitan for 5 months.And i have to use my paypal account as i can't live with out it.Now what i wanna know is that while opening the paypal account i used my credit card from india ...the credit card is offcourse on my name and address of home.Now as the paypal asked me to fax them my utility bill to verify my address...but as i m in pakistan now a days so if i fax my bill and other details from Pakistan so will it creat any problem?AS the fax will be from Pakistan and not from india?So let me know a complete reply for it. I dont think it will create any problem.U can send them ur utility bill of Indian address and tell them dat u r from india and presently in Pakistan for some official work.
There shouldn't be any problem in this case but you should call PayPal and tell them that you are on a visit to Pakistan and you will have to send them documents from Pakistan as you don't have other choice. (Maybe your bro from India could do that for you ). Calling them would be great and you won't have a doubt in your mind before progressing.
