PayPal Information Needed!

    Hi,
    First Sorry If I post wrong section Please move it thanks!


    I have recently read many Problem related Digital Downloads Some times Seller get Fraud and some times Buyer do Fraud and open PayPal's Case And get Money Back So I was Wondering how I can sell digital products which I have proof of it So when ever PayPal need Proof or etc so I can provide Good Prove to win Case! Thanks for responding!

    I think PayPal generally favors with the Seller when it comes to intangible goods, the buyer has to provide a strong evidence of nondelivery, but don't rely on others' responses, phone PayPal and ask for advice, it's free via Skype.

    I haven't yet a paypal account, but would like to open one soon. Payment disputes are something I need to look in. The other other thing is, what, when I already have moved the money to my normal banking account?

    Your question is not quite clear but bank transfers usually take 2-5 working days, in case of dispute and you have zero balance, your balance will go negative. Before signing up make sure your country is supported by PayPal over here.

    South Africa is mentioned, but apparently requires an U.S. bank acount:
    But I could also arrange for a European country, if I wanted to.
