    I think through Fixed Deposits, Bank offers Credit Card. Then what is the need of VCC while he can get Credit Card for his FD? Correct me please if I am wrong.

    I got ICICI instant CC for Rs.20k fixed deposit and it worked fine, i already sent some funds from Paypal. But not from Paypal balance.

    One major question i wanted to ask. Does paypal accept DEBIT CARDS?
    If so, for some reason it is not accepting my HDFC debit card, says invalid or incomplete card.

    What are you talking about that Paypal is asking you to enter CC or DC.Are you talking about Paypal is asking you for adding dc or cc while withdrawing or for sending money?

    You need to attach a CC for that! Debit cards of any bank and of any type are NOT acceptable by paypal

    Can't make a FD as i want a higher credit limit of around 0.5-1 lakh. Any suggestions?
