Paypal indian account issue is back?????????????

Friends,

Just now one of my client ( from U.S) tried to send money to my Indian paypal account. But it shows an error saying that "We're not able to complete personal payments to account holders in India at this time."

WHAT IS GOING ON???? PAYPAL IS REALLY TRYING TO TROUBLE US. For the last few days my account faced many technical problems from their side

As of now, Paypal does not allow processing of personal payments to indian accounts as of now and it will take time since paypal is still in negotiation with indian govt.
