    Last month the same thing happened to few of us and the transactions caught `pending`. i was one of them. The reason told by paypal was because their system glitch caused purpose code went missing, and without purpose code the transactions got stuck. Soon after 30 days, pp automatically canceled the withdrawals and credited money back the $$$. You can just ignore it or call paypal to cancel it.

    Paypal have make a habit to give me trouble every month.
    Just fired another email to then and Other paypal guy who helped last time by cancel pending withdraws in April.

    Don't understand why paypal customer service always try to avoid accepting issues in First.Every one know status is always changed in 24 hours so if its not changed 100 Hours then defiantly its a problem somewhere.It will save their time if they just accept it and forward to Technical staff.Even Indian govt. Offices works better than this...

    I've made another withdrawal yesterday at 8:17 PM, Just checked the status. It's showing completed so I think it's working fine for me.

    Sometimes it happens. I had also encountered the same thing some days back. Wait for 2 more days, it will all fine. Mine had taken around 5 days...

    Finally They changed one of my withdraw (Friday one) to Completed,another One I did as test on Monday still pending

    will email them again Tonight!

    Only good thing I notice is they reply to my emails in 15 Minutes now.Touchwood!

    Finally paypal solve the issues and I receive Both pending Money into bank account today after a delay of 4 working days.
    Paypal did not tell me what was the issue but they reported to technical department which I guess fix it in turn then

    Initiated a new withdraw today,Let see how's it go...

    This time PP took only 36 hours to transfer the funds to my SBI a/c from the time of request. Normally, it takes 60 hours for me.

    For me, the pending status changes into completed by 24-25 hours

    I've switched to Xoom to pay some developers we use in India. They charge some fees but since I can charge it to my card, which has cash-back, it worked out to be about the same price as paypal.
