    As we know the paypal indian rules are bit tough now cc is a must

    One of my friend paid for this service (https://www.entropay.com/virtual-visa-features-benefits.php) and got validated himself

    however this is VCC method and does that provide 100% solution or even a temporary one for now?

    I may validate now but wouldnt my Paypal get banned for this ?
