    I have searched the forum but didnt find appropriate answers.. please solve following issues...

    a)I have $20 in paypal but no Bank account on my name. How can I withdraw the money.
    b) If paypal sends me a cheque then from which bank should i withdraw the money from.
    c) Is there a way I can withdraw the money without a bank account.
    d) Do I need a credit/debit card to verify a bank account assuming I have a bank account without credit/debit/atm cards.

    You can withdraw it through check withdrawal option. Paypal send checks in INR but you need a bank account to deposit that check and encash it.

    I think bank account & paypal name should match.otherwise you can't withdraw

    Even if you withdraw through the Check, they will send you the check on your name only. So definitely you should have Bank Account. Or else, you can't take your money out. So, you can't withdraw without a bank account.

    a) you need a bank account
    b) same as above
    c) Possibly into an entropay/credit/debit card
    d) A VCC may do the job

    you can't with draw your money to your bank without verification first (how can paypal knows that was your account bank ,.. lol :D )
    *d. use VCC for this option... I already did

    You cannot withdraw cheque of 20$ you should have atleast 150$ to withdraw my cheque, and can you explain one thing if you dont have cheque how will you deposit cheque?

    @sunbros is absolutely right. You cannot withdraw the money thro cheque. You can do a bank transfer - $10 is the minimum. It would be better to send it to a friend and get cash from him, or you can spend it online wisely, which is what I would prefer. But why don't you let it build up. You can request a bigger cheque later on.

    I think you must open a new bank account to with draw cash from paypal account. If u order for cheque it is just waste because you don't have a bank account to to get cash .

    Hi,

    I would suggest to open your own account which is the completely secure and a proper way to use PayPal. I think it's not a good way to transfer your amount in any one's else account. Open your own account in PayPal's relevant bank and get cash yourself.

    If you just want to remove the cash from PP and then close your account, then you can send to someone else. OTherwise, why don't you get a bank account yourself?
