PayPal India Question - Why Autowithdrawal happens twice a day?

Every day, I get funds authowithdrawn twice. I mean one at 4:40 PM and another at 6:40 PM IST.

4:40 PM autowithdrawal takes care of payments done on the previous day and 6:40 one withdraws if there was any payment done between 4:40 to 6:40. I mean after the first authowithdrawal time.

Is this normal to PayPal Indian users?

    Why does this non-sense happens?

Yeah I know, Card. My question was why authowithdrawal happens twice a day for me. One at 4:40 PM and another at 6:40 PM ?

It's been such a hellish experience using PayPal India. They gotta work with RBI to find a rather good solution.

It happens to all Indian paypal users. However, try to manually withdraw once and that will stop second time withdrawal I think. Try and reply if helpful.

Lol!! I got today auto-withdrawn for $0.20 and giving me Rs.10.34 for it, probably my lowest auto-withdraw till date, I wanted to have a little balance amount so didn't withdraw the decimals (I usually don't withdraw the cents as pp never used to send me these for auto-withdraw earlier on & I was able to have a few cents on the account always) and here the paypal had other plans :p

I wish things could become as good as before. RBI and Paypal should think again and allow Indian people to use their paypal balance for making the payment (RBI tracks each payment.. they have thousand ways so there should not be any problem). They should also allow Indian to Indian paypal payment. This is really frustrating that Indian people have to think twice before making online purchase. I think this is a plan of Banks selling credit cards to increase CC sales, earn money by currency conversion etc. India can't progress further if these things continue to grow. All other countries are allowing use of Paypal services without any problem and have mechanism to manage all these why can't India do the same?
