Currently due to RBI restriction Paypal India users can't send money from paypal without linking a credit card even if their account is bank verified. Now my question is if buy a Virtual credit card and link it to paypal, can I send money to others? I want to be sure about this because if I buy a VCC and link it to paypal and even after that I can't send money, the VCC will be a waste.
It depends on the type of VCC you are using. Some VCCs are for single use only. So you would have to use a new VCC every-time. Instead go for reloadable VCCs or Prepaid cards available in India.
Hi, This is not possible with Indian users i mean if you are going to user VCC then you need to add it for every transaction because whenever you will go to send payment your payment will be done from credit card not from your paypal balance that is: 1. You need to add VCC/Credit Card and need to conform it 2. When you will go for payment the payment amount will be credited from VCC/CC to your PayPal account. 3. Then you can send that credited amount to your user not the balance you have in your PayPal account.
That system does not work, Indian users cannot send payment from Paypal Account in any form except directly from CC or VCC or Prepaid Card.
The VCC should have money then you can pay... you basically cant pay from your paypal balance any more
