Paypal India payment doubt

Hi guys,
I have a doubt regarding receiving payments using Paypal India. As we know new Paypal rules requires us to add purpose code during withdrawal and it is said banks sometimes ask to provide related invoices. So my question is (for Indian Paypal users) do I have to send an invoice to each of the client and maintain all records? When you guys take up some work do you send invoice for each work you do or simply provide your Paypal email?

You just do need to provide your pay pal id to your clients.

It is good to create a paypal invoice every time you need to invoice someone.

 

The problem with that is stuff like logo design and content writing charge is very less and lots of customers are there in a day so is it really necessary to send and preserve so many invoices? And mainly invoicing is a long process when the work is done you have to send it, the customer needs to wait and when he receives it he pays, then I have to check whether the payment has been made and then dispatch the files. Whereas otherwise the customer can simply send money when he has approved of the work to my PP email and I can dispatch the files.

 

I think you misunderstood what I said. You create a Paypal invoice from your paypal account itself. It is sent to the customer instantly.
