I was calling them for a dispute and all they can mend is reading the dispute number and little from the comments. Since this one involves a buyer from Germany any hacks someone can reveal in talking to the claim specialist? When Indian PayPal CC was not there I would use to call North American CC and close the claim over the phone but here things are other way around. All they converse in the broken English is *crap*, absolutely futile would be the best words to describe their outsourced CC. I did phoned to NA PP CC but the guys are persistently pushing me to call the Indian PP CC citing the account belong to India. Any workaround here? Or is there anything better have evolved than PayPal which still wins both the buyers and sellers? I am quite offspring from the internet, say, couple of years. Any pointers would be greatly helpful. Glad you guys would still be helpful as in DP were decade back.
Did you run your post through Google Translate? I'd love to help but I have no idea what you are asking.....
Is there a dislike button? I should have wrote to the intended audience instead it turned out to be soliloquy. My bad! I am a PayPal Indian customer, whenever I phone PP America they redirect me to PayPal India CC. Can anyone tell me whether PayPal America still handles PP India customers, specifically, in disputes? When I called them six months back they (America) was helpful but now they're just loath douche.
CC means Customer Care. Why don't you mail them and have a proof of the complaint number of sorts? This way you can escalate it as everyone will have SLA's to manage.
