Anyone contact official Paypal India customer Care and confirm this eMail which was send to a large number of Paypal users?
Now this is something serious. http://whois.domaintools.com/url/mkt2566.com (private whios). Now the here are the name servers ns3.silverpop.com ns2.silverpop.com ns1.silverpop.com and now http://www.silverpop.com/ happens to be an email marketing company !~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WT*
but remember that site is actually a privacy protection site and also the face both domains are registered at Markmonitor.com
wtf, i was going to 1k media buys this month, now i have withrawn everything, how will i purchase now, i dont have a cc
This is just frustrating for indian users. They sent fake mails and everyone meant that true. Many guys withdrawn money and now are facing huge problems to buy domains or hosting. This is a big headache to me.
but there is a limit of 300 per day ? i too did -- but 300 is a small amnt -- of what i have im my paypal
Another thing is to note that "Paypal Logo" image link The real emails always contain a same link from images.paypal.com .. but the one i have is from cms.paypal.com
Sometimes i feel has paypal been compromised or the email/notice department of paypal is run by a bunch of monkeys .. ex: the recent paypal debit card email sent mistakenly to some Indians ...and now this ..
As some of them posted that they did not get any email related to debit card... I got it! I just neglected it as we have bank withdraw feature... I have business and personal accs and got email for both of them. But this time i got email in a different manner.... I got the email as a header file, body has got nothing.... I never got such paypal emails before. Emails with html template will be displayed fine for me usually, but this time it did not... should wait and see for the confirmation from paypal customer care.
I have not received any such emails and won't like to receive something like that either. I think paypal is run by a bunch of drunken monkeys.
How this mail can be legit because i checked all my Paypal mails and they dont use Greetings like Dear XXXXX But they use Hello XXXXX
