    Looks Like! I just renewed all my domains for 2 more years and purchased few hosting accounts, to avoid such stuff.
    Purchasing from Paypal still working though, but they might close it in 1-2 days i guess.

    i made a payment just minutes ago to try things it worked fine for now, but i think this will be disabled within few days, This sucks, our indian goverment sucks, they always do this type of bullshit in the name of development but about the politicians who hide their black money in Swiss Banks and all that, it is always we the citizens have to suffer...

    now what are other options for recieve paypal money is Xoom.com good alternative what you guys suggest

    As I See.. Paypal for Indians is now Only for Indians .. RBI Tracking all transactions..!!

    Why dont they just sent us an email "Dear Paypal India user.. You have 7 days only, Your Paypal Account will be Closed and you will no longer use Paypal after that!"

    I cannot pay for ebay.com aswell?

    What we can do?
    1. Renew your domains/hosting as soon as possible (in 1-2 days).
    2. Withdraw all the amount to your bank account.
    3. Apply for CC.
    4. Make all purchases through CC.

    Done!

    There is no need to panic. What RBI is doing is correct (this should have been done much much earlier).

    You can pay on ebay.com via PaisaPay too, if you want to pay by Paypal you would need a credit card.

    Though I haven't got any mail from paypal for both my accounts. Has anyone other than OP got this mail?
