    It will be difficult to pay freelancers through credit card. I mean how do you pay $10 to some coder who did your work. How to make the payment through credit card ?

    PayPal r fucker they limit my account for last 15 days still my account is under review. I called them many times a mailed them many time still no action. They are holding my 5k which I got paid from EPN last month. I stopped promoting my EPN ID now I am doing JV that also only for US and UK guys where they can get paid direct to bank account not to use the fucker PayPal I can’t relay on them. Now I need a better solution to get paid from them.

    It is very much possible to send $10 thru paypal (funding source: credit card).
    But I know the receiver would be charged more commission.

    BTW Send money option still shows funding source as paypal balance... guess it would be gone in the next few days...

    so what they will do if someone keeps his money more than 30 days? paypal will eat it?
    i have around $3000 in paypal thats payment recieved over the period of 6 months, can i keep this for some more time?
    i may need to pay for my domains,webhosting etc...

    absolutely true... this would affect paypal as well. becoz if I am asked to pay for my expenses via credit card, I can always pay (for my hosting/domain) directly thru credit card without using paypal. Loss of revenue for paypal...

    But believe me... this new rule is good for accounting purposes. You can show your income/expenses in a clear manner...

    Indian GOV is acting like childish! They have very big hold of correction all over india! They dont see all those dam, but they keep on hitting people who earn money by working hard! This is really bad movement from both indian GOV and Paypal!

    So, My Final question is from when on they are going to implement this!

    My question is if i had verified my account using bank account! How can i pay for the freelances! How can i pay them! I dont have credit card! BAD BAD BAD... Confused with them!

    I do not have a credit card, how should i pay my hosting?

    But I just made a couple of payments to my hosting, so far they are successfully done.
    But don't know if they are going to reverse it.

    Anything is possible with paypal!!!!!

    There isn't much we can do now.

    I had surrendered my ICICI credit card 2-3 years back. Now I will have to get a new one.

    Think logical.
    Before Local Bank transfer support started , your Paypal holding in USD was outside india, and when you withdraw, your money was coming from PayPal US to your local bank through international Wire Transfer.
    Previously your Paypal transactions was happening outside india, so for buy/sell there was no much problem, and when you done wire transfer your money was coming through International wire transfer through Authorise Dealer ( Bank)
    Now thing has changed due to Local Bank Support. now your transfer from USD to INR is local bank transfer from PayPal to your Bank.
    that means you are holding PayPal USD on Indian land and converting that USD to INR on Indian Land .
    Now it looks like PayPal holding all indian users USD holding inside india and providing Local Bank transfer Support.
    And since this all transaction are happening within Inda, all Local law related to Foregn Exchange play role.
    RBI says, if you hold USD within india, you have to surender that, that mens you have to convert USD to INR. This help RBI to mantain there USD reserve.
    That is reason now PayPal started saying you have to transfer your PayPal holding within 30 Day.

    Correct me if i am wrong

    Let us make a group,
    make a plan,
    meet at a place,
    meet the people of RBI,
    explain them our concerns,
    and solve the issue.

    You cannot Use the paypal Money - You need to Use Credit Card
    The Money you receieve Should be withdrawn within 30 days..
