Paypal - India - Debit or Credit Card Help?

    i have verified paypal [premier] via bank account in india.

    bt whnever i go to buy via paypal

    its ask me to add CC.

    is it possible to buy without CC ?

    ANs. ____

    can i add Visa Debit Card of Indian Bank in paypal to pay online ?

    Indian paypal account holders can not buy anything online with their paypal balance so you need to add a valid CC if you want to buy something using your paypal.

    Yes, RBI had issued notification against PayPal India, stating use of credit cards for sending transactions. You can try Axis Bank Titanium Debit card as stated in this thread.

    as its limit the account ?

    bro i have working premier paypal account to which limit is removed as i have verified by Indian Bank ...

    and i don't want to limit it, ..

    so pls be clear does this AXIS debit card method is safe ...for online payment ?

    Onlly Credit Cards will work to send payments.Debit cards will not work :)

    You can't use debit card issued by the Indian Bank. You have to use CC. If you have Axis Bank Platinum Debit card, you can try with that one.

    HDFC or ICICI Bank VCC are better to use rather than Entropay VCC :)

    VCC is not advisable since he is a buyer. The balance will be less in VCC.

    I have read on many forums that banks VCC are good than entropay VCC so i am sharing my knowledge s that it can benefit to users who need VCC so they can decide which to select when added :)
