PayPal India - Credit Card Added & Confirmed - STill can't send money!?

    Guys,
    I added my credit card, confirmed the 4 digit code, even got the $1.95 refund from PP.
    Now when i try to send money, it tells me to confirm my credit card!?
    Weird isn't it?
    Mine is a proper credit card (physical and not a VCC)

    Any ideas!?

    If its a Physical CC, then why can't you try to confirm the CC again since you are trying to send money for first time using CC.

    I think there will b some problem with your card. You can try to verify it again.

    are you trying to send money to other Indian person???
    If YES..then it's not possible.
    If NO then send your problem through there customer support,,they will reply very fast.

    If you are trying to pay to Indian Paypal account through CC,it will give you this error and if you send to other country Paypal account,you cna successfully send to them :)
