As many of indian paypal users have noticed, there is something fishy going on.. many users got mails regarding new scary regulations and many did not, which as of now looks like a spoof mail. I just received a mail too.. but it was just giving some tips, no links to click or nothing, looks just like standard paypal tips mail. only that it was not sent by paypal, i never remember using the paypal email id anywhere else. so i wonder how these guys are getting it. and seems like may be these phishers are trying to test their techniques and may be eventually trying to get some data from us. from Customer Care <customercare.in@gmail.com> sender-time Sent at 8:09 AM (GMT-04:00).
