Paypal In UAE

    I wanted to ask that can my cousin lives in UAE. He has an account in HSBC. Can he have paypal there, i mean sending/recieving money? And will that money go into his bank account if he recieves money?

    The best way to find out is apply via PayPal and see what happens. Failing that he could find someone to forward his PayPal cash to and then get cash wired (for a fee of course).

    because he already has registered.

    You can send and receive money with PayPal in the United Arab Emirates.

    He can withdraw the funds to a US Bank account or a credit, debit or prepaid card.
