PayPal in UAE [ Which bank should I use to Link to PayPal ]

    Hi !
    My brother is residing in UAE ( abu dhabi) . He has just opened a PayPal account and he wants to link this PayPal account to a bank where he would be able to withdraw funds. I heard somewhere that Bank accounts can not be linked to PayPal ? Is it true or not ?
    IF you know any bank in UAE that allow PayPal to be linked with it, please let me know .Also Let me know if there are other ways to withdraw funds like through debit card ?

    it seems its just send / receive to US bank account only type account in uae paypal

    Hi. RAKBANK says you can link their Bling or Prepaid prepaid cards with PayPal and withdraw cash. However, the withdrawal fee is 10 AED for each transacion. PS: Have you tried any other bank? I'd like to link a debit/prepaid card with PayPal since I don't have big bucks to have a credit card.
