Hi I am in online business since last 8 years and have been using my paypal account in UK without any problems but recently I have moved to Russia and even thought Russian Paypal have its own localized site now still I see no direct withdrawal options so I was thinking to use US-payments system from payoneer and use ATM machines to withdraw from payoneer card/account. But the question is how would I get a verified paypal account here in Russia? what are their requirements? do they verify the pp account here on credit card or how? Please guide. I reached here few days ago and will be staying here for long and all my source of earning is online and 99% of the time is via paypal... thanks in advance....
